Tseng Seng Guan graduated with a Second Class Honours (Upper Division) in Bachelor of Laws from University of London and subsequently completed his Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) with a Second Class Honours.
He was enrolled to the Malaysian Bar as a practicing Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya.
He has been actively and extensively involved in the legal practices ranges from handling disputes in the various areas of general litigation, fraud, banking, matrimonial, commercial, corporate, intellectual property, construction, maritime, injunction and etc.
Besides that, he has been tasked with various experiences including but not limited to give legal advices to local council, public listed companies, corporate clients and individual clients, draft cause papers, carry out legal research, conduct Hearing and Full Trial and etc.
He has been engaged by clients to handle negligence suits including but not limited to fire accident cases, personal injury claims, negligence claim against local council and etc.
Apart from professional practices, he is a Malaysian Bar Committee on Orang Asli Rights since 2018 until present. He is also actively taking part in The Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry of Kuala Lumpur & Selangor (KLSCCCI) National Unity Committee since 2019 until present.
