Raja Nurul Farah Binti Raja Razaman obtained her Bachelor of Laws LLB (Hons) in 2020 from International Islamic University of Malaysia (IIUM). She completed her pupillage under the guidance of Mr Jason Kong in Messrs Jason Kong & Co and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor in December 2021. She then began her practice in Messrs Lily Chua & Associates. Whilst a pupil-in-chambers and paralegal, she assisted in various contentious and non-contentious matters where she mainly involved in Trials, Hearings, Case Managements, drafting cause papers and conducting legal research.

• Involved in professional negligence suit against an advocate and solicitor for failure to attend a winding up hearing.
• Assisting Senior Federal Counsel during internship in medical negligence claims against government doctors.
• Involved in a defamation suit against a newspaper company.
• Involved in obtaining Anton Piller Order against a former lover in a non-consensual pornography and sexual assault case.

• Involved in goods sold and delivered claims and defences, including but not limited to entering and opposing summary judgments.
• Involved in execution proceedings i.e. garnishee, writ of seizure and sale, judgment debtor summons and writ of possession.
• Involved in property fraud claims against property agents and agencies.

1. Company disputes

• Involved in a dispute involving diversion of business by former employees to a company set up by the former employees.
• Involved in winding up a company.
• Involved in obtaining mandatory injunctions against franchisee.
• Involved in contractual dispute consisting of arbitration clause.

1. Family Law

• Assisted in drafting judicial separation agreement and wills.
• Involved in single petition and joint petition cases.
• Involved in obtaining grant of probate and letter of administration.

Involved in making representations and mitigation pleas.
